Following community consultations with the wildlife co-management boards, The Department of Environment and Natural Resources has released the
Action Plan for Boreal Woodland Caribou Conservation in the NWT  Please review the document for the 23 specific actions have been posted for public review to help conserve boreal caribou in the NWT.   (PDF = 3977 KB)
 


Paradise Creek Ecology Camp 2008. The Dehcho youth ecology camp was held at Paradise Creek, north of Trout Lake community. Building on the traditional and scientific skills of previous camps, the 2008 program focused on traditional survival skills. More information on the camp can be found in the annual report.
